We anticipate over 10,000 attendees to the 2013 festival given a multi-day format, with a generous number as visitors attending from out of town. Vendors at the Festival on August 18th and 19th, 2012 will increase the visibility of their business, engaging in personal one-on-one customer interaction and offering goods for sale to happy attendees who are there for the unique eating and shopping experience as well as the cultural and musical entertainment.
Vendors will also be rewarded on a personal level by knowing that they participated in raising money for worthy charities, as a portion of the net proceeds from the Assyrian Food Festival are given to several local charities and areas affected by the wars. Please note that while we are increasing the number of non-food vendor spots available this year to create an even bigger vendor area in order to accommodate the anticipated increase in attendance. However, we apologize that we cannot accept any food vendors.
Vendor selection will be made considering a number of factors including timeliness of application and payment submission, product/service duplication mitigation, appropriateness of the product/service for the festival, etc. Please download the application by clicking on the link, listed at the bottom of this page, and complete and submit with a deposit of $100.00 payment no later than June 15th, 2013.
